Kashi at Serenity October 6-8th

Kashi will be doing some major Triyoga action at Serenity Center in Cedar Rapids October 6-8th.

Friday 7-10pm free the hips (all levels welcome)
Saturday 12-3pm free the spine (all levels welcome) 4-7pm level 1-2
Sunday 12-3pm level 2-3
